This procedure is performed under general anesthesia, an opening through the skull is made for removal of a blood clot inside the brain.Haematoma can result from head trauma. They can also occur spontaneously in patients usually with abnormally high blood pressure, or a blood vessel abnormality. It is a life saving procedure and need to to as early as possible.
